End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Wed Connect Matrimony and Events Private Limited governs your use of the Wed Connect mobile app and web platform.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
• You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and services remain the property of Wed Connect and its licensors.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
